GENTLE GLOW | Light Roast Hojicha Tea Powder

Gentle Glow is the tea-leaf-forward version of hojicha (roasted green tea), heart-warming Japanese tea. Instead of roasting the tea until it becomes intensely dark, the producer stops earlier, preserving more of the leaf's freshness and regional character.

Tasting Experience: warm grain, hazelnut, honey, dried grass and lightly baked pastry.

Drinking Suggestions:   whisk 2g of tea on 30g of water (boiling); pour on 90ml of steamed oat or whole milk.  You may also use cold water and iced milk. You may use this tea on:

• Hojicha Oatmilk Latte
• Hojicha Cheese Cake

For instant tea: whisk 2g of Gentle Glow in 100ml of hot water.  No sugar or milk are needed.
