ABOUT THE GROWER
Ms. Sompong Inprang leads a group of farmers in her native Sukhothai and Ang Thong; following sustainable farming techniques, they produce some of the most flavourful and vibrant “anchan” that we have tried.
Ms. Sompong is a strong promoter of Thailand’s rural economy, enabling local people (mostly women) to build a meaningful career close to their native land.
