A 2019 ripe pu er pressed from carefully selected Yunnan leaf into a 200g cake, it's built for effortless drinking — clean, velvety, and generous with its sweetness from the very first steep.

This is the ripe half of Da You's celebrated 2019 pairing, and it shows the gentler side of pu er. The liquor pours a warm amber, carrying aromas of dried red dates, polished wood, molasses, and rich earth. The palate is silky and rounded — full without ever tipping into heavy — and each infusion closes with a soft mineral sweetness that quietly asks for another cup.
