DA YOU, BEYOND THE SUMMIT | 2023 Fengqing Raw Pu Er Tea

$188.00
  • 200g Cake
  • 40g Sample
  • Tong (5 X 200g)

From the high mountains of Fengqing comes a tea that embodies strength, clarity, and relentless ascent.

Erdaohe · Beyond the Summit (二道河 · 山高人為峰) is a 2023 raw pu er pressed from 300-year-old ancient trees, grown in one of Fengqing's emerging high-altitude regions. Shaped by a pristine mountain ecosystem and centuries-old trees, this cake has real vibrant energy — pure, structured, and built to last.

The name comes from an old saying — "the mountain is high; the person becomes the peak" — and honestly, that's exactly what this tea does with every infusion. It opens with wildflowers, sunlit grass, citrus peel, and crisp mountain air. The liquor is bold and energetic but still refined, with a powerful body, natural sweetness, and a balance that never tips into harshness. The finish is long and cooling, leaving a mineral echo that lingers — each steep somehow more captivating than the last.

This one's for collectors and adventurous drinkers alike. It's satisfying now, but it's really got years of evolution ahead of it — the kind of cake worth setting a few aside for.
