SPRING 2023 harvest is in!
Simmered 5 minutes, these wild mushrooms yield a most relaxing brew, rich in umami, reminiscent of a walk in our forests.
These Ganoderma tsugae (Canadian reishi) were sustainably foraged in Northern Ontario.
Brewing suggestion: simmer 5g of mushrooms in 500ml of water for 8 minutes; decant and serve. You may add another 500ml of fresh water and get a second steep.-
