These are very practical little teapots. We recommend them as:
1) Brewing vessels for green or flower teas. The metallic strainer is convenient (if convenience is your priority); however, we prefer to remove it, allowing the tea leaves to float freely in the teapot. We serve the tea through a strainer (see images).
2) A 'gong bei' (aka 'fair cup) for gong fu cha service. Rock teas and Pu Er look beautiful in these glass vessels.
