How do you express an insane number of aromatics in a tea leaf?
Phoenix oolongs, from their eponymous mountain in Chaozhou (northern Guangdong Province) are known for wide variety of flavours and aromas that can be achieved from Camelia sinensis. This specific batch was sustainably farmed and traditionally handcrafted from relatively young tea trees.
Experience: top notes of nectarine jam and honeysuckles are followed by a long lasting candied orange peel mouthfeel.
