Jinbang · Bing Zhi Yun (金榜 · 饼之韵). "金榜" (Jinbang) refers to the "Gold List" of successful scholars in imperial exams, symbolizing excellence and high achievement.
Traditionally pressed cakes ("Pao Bing"): While "Iron Cakes" are prized for aging, a well-aged "Pao Bing" is often more immediately enjoyable as it's easier to brew. The market value is very high for both.
