This is our first batch of Shincha from Wazuka, one of favourite micro-terroirs in Uji.

About this tea: "Our sencha is harvested without covering, receiving a lot of sunlight. Sencha has a strong and balanced flavour of umami, sweetness, and astringency. The aroma that fills your mouth after you take a sip is as refreshing as the wind that blows through the prairie.
Grower's message to tea drinkers in North America: Wazuka tea has an aroma that is unique to the land/area we have been gifted. I believe no other producing region can create this particular aroma. I will be very happy if you can feel/ appreciate the aroma.
Grower's brewing suggestions: 5g 70-80℃ 90cc for 1-2min.
