Notes: cashews, steamed seaweed, and hints of rose (particularly on the cold, dry leaves).What does ‘wild’ mean? These guys have a good bunch of tea trees growing in the forest and on top of random rocks (pictures attached). The grower is a dude that’s simply introduced as ‘Boss Li’, as you would call people in kung fu movies.
He has a very cool operation up in the hills of Sichuan.
