Osada's NONO Matcha | Yabukita
Matcha that shouts 'Shizuoka'. Featuring Yabukita, Japan's most widespread cultivar, developed in Shizuoka, this vibrant tea is very representative of this region's soil.
Intense chlorophyl, enjoyable mild bitterness and a lingering 'green' floral finish make this tea a delicious option for everyday use, be it as usucha, an 'americano matcha' (2 shots of usucha + 90ml of hot water), or ice matcha. It is also a great choice for a matcha affogato.
Yabukita matcha has a warmer, yellowish green tone vs its okumidori, samidori and asahi counterparts.
