Tea Bartender's Notes:
This tea is handcrafted under the supervision of 82 year old local legend Jiang Xiaoyi. It has a most unusual nose of flowers and green grapes, with a hint of spice that you would expect from a FF Darjeeling.
The tea is particularly delicious brewed with spring water.
Facts: fresh tea leaves are withered under handcrafted paper for several hours, then slowly fired with charcoal to produce this tea. This tea is NOT an oolong, but a tea type of its own.
