ABOUT THE GROWER
Partner tea growers Xie and Lin are unorthodox. They grow tea organically in farms that hadbeen previously abandoned. The availability of older trees growing on rich soil means that the tea will not have the consistency of mass production tea; every batch is special, with rich ﬂavour and energy.
