2018 ANJI BAI CHA
Tea InfoTea Grower’s Notes:Last winter was long and harsh, stressing the tea plants and decreasing the yield of this year’s harvest. Warmer weather and light rains in April brought sweet leaves of complex aroma and luscious texture.
Tea Bartender's Notes:This tea is a beautiful choice for the spring and summer months. You will find bright notes of grass, hints of lemongrass and very pleasant minerality.
The colour of the leaves is not as bright as that of previous harvests, but the complexity of the taste makes up for that. Harsh winter resulted in luscious tea!
