  • A chasen (茶筅) is the whisk used to prepare matcha (抹茶).

    This whisk, handcrafted with white bamboo from the 'Bamboo Ocean' near Anji (Zhejiang Province) does a very decent job at reasonable price.  We find it excellent for everyday use, or for travel.
