Shui Xian | 2018
A delicious, very well crafted, classic Wuyi Shan cultivar. Being farmed ~150km south of Wuyi, the tea is significantly more affordable than its counterparts from that famous mountain.
Dr. Zhou, one of our favourite tea instructors, advised aging it a few months before releasing the tea; she had a good point! This tea has delicious layers of apricot and roast grain.
