DAN CONG YA SHI XIANG (DUCK SHIT)
BEHIND THE NAME: Ya Shi Xiang, "Duck Shit Aroma". Legend has that the farmers behind Duck Shit (which doesn't smell or taste like duck waste at all) did not want other villagers to steal his tea and his secret recipe of cultivation. Hence he gave his delicious oolong an unattractive name to distract people.
