Wazuka Tea Matsuri - Minato Kenichiro Sencha
A limited edition tea, selected by the tea grower himself to showcase the land of Wazuka among tea lovers in North America. We chose three young growers that are proud of their traditions and are particularly keen to share them with you.
At O5, we usually share our opinion about every tea, and suggest brewing guidelines. With this line in particular, we would like you to hear directly from the growers. The tea information below is a direct translation of the information that each grower wants to share with you. Enjoy!

A Traditional Tea Festival (Matsuri)... moved to the virtual universe in 2020.
This tea is part of a limited edition line that we launched to celebrate 'Teatopia', the annual tea festival celebrated in Wazuka (Kyoto), one of the most revered origins for tea in Japan.
2020's unique events and the desire to keep the elderly farmers of Wazuka in good health, drove the organizers of Teatopia to host the event online this November. We invite you to check out all the cool activities (learn how to make art on matcha, watch a master craft tea by hand...) here: https://live.chagenkyo-matsuri.jp
