WHITE BAMBOO CHASEN by SUIKAEN

  • Suikaen carefully handcrafts each chasen to be flexible and resistant to breakage. The bamboo used to make the chasen is left to naturally dry for just over two years.

    Each chasen is glued to the inside of the box with a paste made from rice, please be gentle when removing it. After removing the chasen, give the base a wipe to remove any leftover glue and rinse with warm water before you begin.
