Grown in the Cauca region of Colombia, this competition-grade coffee showcases the Sudan Rume variety, a rare cultivar originating from the Boma Plateau in Sudan. Known for its aromatic complexity and distinctive sweetness, Sudan Rume is seldom available and highly sought-after.
It reminds me of juicy, ripe melon with notes of tropical sweetness, candy, and a juicy grape tartness."
